MTV sort of disappeared in the 2000s so it was difficult to find cool new videos. this isn't really a top 10 favorites, just a list of Ten videos i really really liked. unfortunately my favorite video of this decade, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs "Y Control" is under youtube lockdown and i can't embed it here. you should check it out though because it's totally awesome. anyways, enjoy.
